These terms govern your use of the xaipos.co.uk website and the xaipos software (xaiPOS, xaiKDS, xaiMenu, xaiOps). By using the site or starting a trial you agree to them.

The service

xaipos is a subscription software product for restaurants and cafés — point of sale, kitchen display, QR menu and back-office tools. Features and modules are described on the site and may evolve over time.

Free trial

The free trial runs for the period shown on the site (currently 14 days) and requires no payment card to start.
After you request a trial we’ll contact you to set up your venue.
We may end or change the trial offer at any time.

Pricing & payment

Prices shown are per the plan you choose and are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. Amounts shown in currencies other than GBP are approximate conversions and may differ at billing. We may update pricing; changes won’t affect a period you’ve already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your staff’s use of the system.

Availability & “as is”

We work hard to keep the service fast and reliable, including offline fallback, but we provide it “as is” and don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
